Reader, When a loved one passes it can stir up lots of feelings depending on the relationship. You might feel physical pain from the loss. You might avoid and completely distract yourself with work or taking care of the "business" of things they left behind. Everyone has different ways of coping. We start to lose ourselves in the midst of building a relationship and life with someone else. It's when the break-ups happen we see sometimes massive transformations. People look...
Reader, I don't know about you but this upcoming full moon seems to be stirring up a lot of energy and emotions. I have been slowly following the cycles of the moon again and learning how it can be useful to apply to seasons and change. Many people I know are just ready for growth and up-leveling. Are you?
